I recently had a great experience working with ECO Restoration and Construction to resolve the aftermath of a roof leak and the mold it produced in our walk-in closet. Josh did a thorough evaluation of the damage and laid out a general idea of what needed to be done. He followed up with an estimate and we scheduled the restoration work. Bottom line is his guys showed up when they were supposed and did a really nice job cleaning out the damage and mold and repairing the ceiling, walls and floor of our closet at a fair price. I will definitely use them again if needed.

What a wonderful company to work with when dealing with such a stressful situation. Our water heater flooded our home and ECO came to the rescue right away. They are honest, sweet and supportive during a situation that is extremely difficult. I hope to never need this type of service again, but if I do, I will definitely reach out to them. ECO is probably the best contractor I have ever worked with. We had major sub-floor damage in our home resulting in "spongy floors". Due to circumstances beyond ECO's control, the job had to be put on hold for several months while we found a contractor to install a vapor barrier underneath our house. That project was finally completed and ECO picked up right where they left off after the other contractor completed their job. Lewis and his assistant were friendly, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend ECO for any reconstruction or repairs that you may need done. Their quote was reasonable and fair and I have no doubt you will be happy with the results. Great job ECO!

Josh and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had some issues with our bathroom, and after an underwhelming experience with another vendor, found ECO to be responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, and fair... all of the services and efforts that you'd hope to receive from a service provider or contractor, but so rarely do. Highly, highly recommended for anyone in Palm Beach County (or beyond).

Every team member that we had liaised with from Eco were extremely professional - from Josh to Tony and to Pierre. We contacted Eco for 2 separate jobs. We really appreciate Josh's quick response and didn't wait for long to receive quotes. When his team members came, Tony explained and advised us what they are going to do and gave us a very good idea of how they are going to complete the job. Pierre and his team came to fix our 1st job and both of them were equally professional. Despite a heavy rain that day, they didn't complain nor stop working, and continued to get the job done. We felt very comfortable that our home projects were in the hands of Eco, and very assured that they will get the job done well which they did. Without any hesitation, they are now our go-to if we have any home projects!

I did a lot of research before choosing ECO Restoration & Construction for my bathroom remodel. I liked the positive reviews, they are licensed and insured (very important!!!), and they gave me the best pricing of all the companies I contacted. That, to me, was the trifecta I needed to pull the trigger and get the project started. Josh and Bianca are very professional, as are all the members of their crews. They LISTENED to me. They gave me good advice, and they knew what I wanted. Throughout the project, they interacted with me, responding promptly to all my uneducated questions, and incorporating little (or not-so-little) changes to my original vision seamlessly. The project took a little longer than I expected (started in mid-January and ended at the beginning of March), but having never undertaken a remodeling project before I had no idea of what to expect. I don't know if the timing was good or not, but things rolled along smoothly throughout the process. The crew worked hard and kept my condo really clean throughout the job. I have a smallish condo, and the bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, where I was able to sleep with no problems during the remodel. There were a few little things that needed touch-up at the end, and the crew did them immediately and efficiently. They went above and beyond what they promised. At the end, I was completely thrilled at the way my bathroom looks. I've attached before and after pictures. I feel like I've entered a luxury spa every time I go into my bathroom now. I heartily recommend ECO Restoration & Construction for any repair, restoration, or remodeling job. They're great!

I was referred to Eco Restoration by my Private Insurance Adjuster, the rear wall of my townhouse had major water and mold issues and rotten wood. Josh, the owner, came up, did his "look see" and reviewed our mold report, it was decided that the entire wall needed to be rebuilt. We made some changes from the original wall as far as windows and the sliding door, we put in impact windows. along with rebuilding the entire wall, we hade to rebuild the entire kitchen, we made some upgrades there too. Josh was very accommodating, helping us with the changes!!!! The work began in October 2020, we knew it was going to be a long process and the work was completed in April 2021. Yes it was a nightmare but having this company and their excellent crew made it a lil more bearable. I must give a shout out to one of Eco's crew leaders, Tony, he was/is the best!!!!! I'd like to name them all, Tony's crew but cant remember their names. In closing, I would recommend Eco Restoration for any type of construction work, Josh and his company are honest, reliable and courteous. Thank Josh for a great build back!!!!!

When Josh came to the apartment I had a very positive feeling about his proposals and estimate. The work done by his crew is amazing. Tony, the project manager, was so easy to work with. It gives me great pleasure to give my highest recommendation to the quality of work by Eco Restoration & Construction. They recently painted the Clubhouse and Social Hall at The Club at Indian Lakes. They were meticulous in matching colors and after the job was done we couldn't tell if there was even a distinction between paint colors. All minor repairs were done as specified. Hired them to do the kitchen. They did good work (drywall, demo, electrical, plumbing). Average rating is due to their supervisor, Tony, basically being non-existent. He only came twice over the course of about a month. Since Tony was basically absent, I had to have discussions with the workers some mornings since the workers would show up and have no idea what their scope of work was supposed to be (i.e. which walls to paint). Additionally, they had to be reminded about tasks that were left incomplete (i.e. light fixture in living area). In summary, I’d say they do good work, but you’ll need to manage them.

I recently used ERC to perform a leak detection at my home. The ceiling in my garage collapsed after a recent tropical storm and we needed someone to detect the source. Their responsiveness was fantastic, Tony came out immediately and was extremely thorough and diligent in his inspection. I highly recommend this company for not only leak detection but for anything that is home and construction related. Great company and great to deal with.

We just bought our home in August, and three months into homeownership experienced our first leak. Desirae, the office manager, was extremely responsive and held my hand through the entire process. She sent out Tony and Pierre to inspect the damage as well as set up machines to dry out the affected areas. Tony and Pierre were prompt and professional, and took the time to explain everything to us. The measured the affected area and looked for the source of the leak, which unfortunately was our roof. Tony came every day to check on the status, and when it wasn't drying fast enough, went up into our crawl space to figure out why. On Friday night, the dehumidifier stopped working. I texted Tony and within an hour Pierre was at our door with a new machine. Thank you to everyone at ECO Restoration for all your hard work and expertise!

I recently had to make repairs due to a fire and the people at Eco Restoration & Construction were patient and helpful through the difficulties with the process. They were not high-pressure or demanding, despite the fact the project took longer than expected. They also took care with the job and completed everything professionally and cleaned up afterwards. I had my floors updated, wall repaired and painted, and lights updated. I was very pleased and would definitely use them in the future.

I contacted Josh for an evaluation. I had flood damage due to a broken washing machine. I received a prompt response after he reviewed our mold inspector’s report. He was able to interpret the report and offer guidance to treat and resolve our catastrophe. The overwhelming stress we had trying to navigate flood damage was relieved thanks to his experience and professionalism. Whenever we have any issues like this again, they will be the first call we make.

The blinds look great and the porch that used to be grey/black with mold is white and clean again. The guys that did the job were friendly and personable.
